Sidney Jones

Collaboration is working together, as a team,  to reach a common goal, even if you don’t get along with the person(s). I had to collaborate with my step team and choreographers in Jack and Jill so we could have a winning performance. Everyone helped each other out when we were first learning the steps, so everyone would look clean in the performance. We also took turns watching  each other so we could see what was wrong in the performance. The choreographers worked with us to incorporate tricks because they know what a winning looks like. After all of our hard work we received 4th place. Even though we didn't win, we worked together and had the best performance we could have.
